What we do with it
We wrote our own HMAC-signed client for Purple’s Company API and run it in production — webhooks for live capture, plus a nightly sweep that reconciles whatever the stream missed. We have joined Purple guest data to WhatsApp through Twilio and resolved one customer across four identifiers into a single profile. POPIA is enforced in the send path, not on the policy page.
